Tiered layer cage

With the advancement of industrial technology, aquaculture equipment has been continuously upgraded and refined, becoming more convenient and better suited to the needs of farmers. Currently, the most widely used types include: Tiered layer cage Currently, tiered layer cages are widely used by many farmers and have received very positive feedback. Below, we will take a four‑tiered model as an example to introduce this type of cage.

1. Four floors Tiered layer cage The frame is typically fabricated by welding 40×40×4 angle iron through a hot‑dip galvanizing process. Frame dimensions can be customized. The four‑tier, stepped layer hen cage employs a dedicated welding jig, ensuring consistent dimensions. A support bracket can be added to the base; once installed, this enhances the overall straightness of the four‑tier, stepped cage and significantly improves its stability.

2. Four floors Tiered layer cage The feeders can be customized to meet customer requirements; common materials include galvanized iron or PVC‑steel feeders, both of which are corrosion‑resistant. The height of the feeder can also be adjusted to suit the size and stature of the laying hens, with a four‑tier design. Tiered layer cage The feed trough is designed with a sloped angle, leaving no leftover feed and minimizing waste, while also making it convenient for laying hens to eat.

3. Fourth floor Tiered layer cage The cages are manufactured using zinc‑aluminum alloy wire with automated welding. Their stepped design features a smooth surface that prevents injury to the hens, while the mesh construction effectively safeguards their feet. Both the partition and floor grids of the stepped cages are tightly woven to curb feather‑picking and vent‑pecking among the birds, thereby reducing egg breakage and the incidence of hen fatigue syndrome.
