Scope of Application: Suitable for cooling various granules with a diameter of 20 mm or less after pelleting.
Equipment Features:
1. It does not cause poor cooling performance due to screen clogging, and the dust content in the cooling air network is low.
2. Minimal maintenance, servicing, and cleaning requirements; a limited variety and quantity of wear parts; and low maintenance costs.
3. By employing the principle of counter-current heat and moisture balance, the cooled feed temperature remains no more than 3–5°C above ambient, with a moisture reduction rate of ≥3.5%, thereby extending the storage life of pelletized feed.Specifications:
